Guardian Support is an Emerson service that aggregates and securely delivers personalized, real-time service intelligence tailored for your DeltaV or PROVOX system.  The information is viewable in an easy to use web portal environment.  This session will focus on how you can get the most from Guardian.  Since Guardian is an on-line service, we will view real systems via the web and even use your system as part of the demonstration if you approve.

REM’s Preventive Maintenance Program

Your DCS is a very critical part of your manufacturing process; when it isn’t working properly, it costs you time and money.  In this session, learn what is included in the REM Services Preventive Maintenance program.  The session will cover the parts of the program, such as critical backups, grounding checks, power supply monitoring and computer and cabinet maintenance.  You will also learn about the different levels of service that are available and what each level contains.
